Budget Reallocation Process (formerly 7471)

When you need to reallocate budgets on existing Projects/Grants (P/Gs), Finance now has Budget Reallocation Functionality, (which replaces the need for the old 7471 Excel spreadsheet). This went live on Monday, November 10, 2014.
