PEERRS Access Request Form

The Request PEERRS Access webform is primarily for non-UM employees or U-M Sponsored Affiliates (e.g., incoming faculty/staff, visiting scholars) collaborating on U-M research projects who are required to fulfill regulatory training requirements (e.g., human subjects protections training).

This email address will be associated with your My LINC account and PEERRS certifications. It must be the same email used in U-M eResearch transactions (e.g., IRB application) to display PEERRS training credit. Non-UM employees, enter your Friend Account email address. U-M employees, enter your UMICH or Sponsored Affiliate email address.

Home Institution *

Name of U-M PI on IRB Application

If you are a non-UM investigator working on a human subjects study, enter the name of the Principal Investigator at U-M who is responsible for the research project on which you will work.

IRB Application ID (HUM #) (e.g., HUM12345678)

Reason Requesting PEERRS Access

If you can't provide the HUM # for the human subjects study, indicate the reason you need access to PEERRS training. U-M employees/students, please provide your U-M uniqname and U-M ID number.
